Sound familiar?

A normal week at an agency without a tech partner.

Most agency owners have lived some version of this, usually more than once.

  1. Monday, 9:12 AM

Your best client emails: “Can you connect our new forms to GoHighLevel? And the Meta numbers look off. Can someone check the tracking?”

  2. Monday, 9:14 AM

Nobody on your team does that. You reply “On it!” and start scrolling freelancer sites.

  3. Tuesday

47 proposals. Half didn’t read the brief. You pick one who seems fine and spend an hour explaining your client’s setup from scratch.

  4. Thursday

No update. You send a polite “Any progress?” Then a less polite one.

  5. Next Monday

It “works.” Except leads are landing in the wrong pipeline, and your client spotted it before you did.

  6. Next month

The client asks for another integration. You do it all over again with a different freelancer.

What it really costs you

It's not just a tech problem. It's a growth problem.

You turn away money.

Every “we can’t really do that” is an upsell handed to another agency, and sometimes the client goes with it.

You become a project manager.

You sell marketing, but you spend your evenings briefing, chasing and QA-ing freelancers you’ll never work with again.

Quality is a lottery.

New person, new habits, no documentation. When it breaks in three months, nobody remembers how it was built.

Your reputation is on the line.

Your client doesn’t care who broke the tracking. To them, your agency did.

Now picture this instead

The client asks. You say “Yes, we'll have it tomorrow.” Then you forward it to me.

By the next morning it's done, tested and documented, with a short video your team can share. Your client thinks your agency can do anything, and now it can.

How it works

Up and running in three steps.

01

Book a 15-minute call

Tell me about your agency, your clients’ stacks and the requests you keep getting. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you.

02

Send your first ticket, free

Pick something that’s been stuck. I’ll fix it (up to 2 hours) so you can judge the work before you pay anything.

03

Hand off and stop worrying

Choose a plan and send requests the way you already work. Tickets get done, and a report lands every Friday.

What you can hand off

Whatever your client asks for, the answer is yes.

If it's technical and it sits behind your marketing, it's covered. These are the kinds of requests agencies send me.

CRM & pipelines

GoHighLevel · Airtable · Google Sheets

“Set up the pipeline, lead scoring and follow-up workflows for our new client.”

Automations

Zapier · Make · n8n

“When a lead books, add it to the CRM, alert Slack and start the nurture sequence.”

Tracking & analytics

GA4 · GTM · Meta Pixel & CAPI

“Conversions aren’t matching between Meta and GA4. Find out why.”

WordPress & websites

WordPress · Webflow · Framer

“The site takes 5 seconds to load and the contact form stopped sending.”

Email & lifecycle

Klaviyo · ConvertKit · Mailchimp

“Migrate subscribers and rebuild the welcome and abandoned-cart flows.”

Integrations & APIs

REST APIs · webhooks · Google Sheets

“GHL has no bulk export. We need every conversation in a spreadsheet.”

AI & chatbots

OpenAI · Botpress · voice agents

“Add an AI assistant that qualifies leads before they reach sales.”

Custom builds & tools

React · Next.js · Node · Bubble

“Build a client reporting dashboard we can show off on our calls.”

Why agencies stay

Five promises, in writing.

These fix the problems that make agencies give up on freelancers.

24-hour turnaround

Standard tickets (under 4 hours of work) are done within 24 hours. Bigger jobs get a written estimate before I start.

A report every Friday

What’s done, what’s in progress, hours used, what’s next. You won’t need to chase me.

Fully white-label

I work under your brand, in your Slack or ClickUp, and I’m happy to sign an NDA. Your clients see your agency.

A Loom with every delivery

A short walkthrough of what changed and how it works, so your team is never stuck when I’m offline.

One person, every time

The same person who learned your clients’ stacks last month. You never re-explain anything.

And if it's not working?

There's no contract. Cancel before your next billing date, and everything I built stays documented and yours.

Proof, not promises

I already do this behind the scenes.

I'm currently the automation and systems partner for a marketing agency, building for their clients. Some results from the last two years:

6h → 20m

GoHighLevel conversation export, automated with n8n

+40%

more leads after a Webflow rebuild and lead-routing automations

+12%

quarterly revenue from 15 Klaviyo lifecycle campaigns

20+ hrs

of manual work saved every week for an agency’s clients

“…communicated clearly throughout the process, and provided regular updates without us ever needing to chase.”
Ronnie · London, UK
“Absolutely amazing, don’t think twice… (there’s a reason I gave a 250% tip 😉)”
Yotam S. · WordPress speed & Meta Pixel, repeat client
“He provided a clear breakdown of scope, timeline, and effort upfront, and followed through exactly as outlined.”
Todd Gerundo · The Bionic Perspective, 8 projects
“Great work, he went above and beyond what was required… He pushed till the issue was solved.”
Juan Montenegro · WalletFinder AI, Amsterdam

Questions

Things agency owners usually ask.

Don't see yours? Ask it on the call. That's what it's for.

What if we don’t use all our hours?

Unused hours roll over to the next month, so you never pay for time you didn’t need. After that they expire, which keeps the plans fair for both of us.

What if a job is bigger than our plan?

I estimate before I start. If it needs more hours than you have, you choose: split it across months, or add hours at your plan’s rate. No surprise invoices.

Will my clients know about you?

Only if you want them to. I work under your agency’s name and inside your tools, I’m happy to sign an NDA, and I can join client calls as part of your team.

How do we send requests?

However you already work: Slack, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, email, or a quick Loom. Each request gets acknowledged the same working day.

What about time zones?

I’m in Pakistan (UTC+5) and already work with clients in the US, UK, Canada and the Netherlands. Work happens while you sleep, and I overlap with US mornings and UK afternoons for calls.

How do you handle access and security?

I use my own login on your tools with only the access a task needs, never shared passwords. When we stop working together, you remove my access and everything I built stays documented and yours.

Is there a contract?

No. It’s month to month, billed upfront, and you can cancel any time before your next billing date.

What don’t you do?

I don’t run ads, write SEO content or design brand identities. Your team does the marketing. I make sure the technical side behind it works.

Stop saying “let me check with my developer.”

Fifteen minutes is enough to know if this fits. Bring the last three technical requests you got, and I'll tell you exactly how I'd handle them.
